Biography
Dr. Chad Weber is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides comprehensive general orthopedic surgery and orthopedic trauma care throughout Southwestern Ohio and surrounding areas. He joined Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio in the fall of 2010 after completing his orthopedic trauma fellowship at OrthoIndy and his orthopedic surgery residency at Ohio University Kettering Network Grandview Medical Center. He currently sees patients in Dayton, Centerville, Vandalia and Greenville.
Dr. Weber specializes in operative and non-operative care of basic and complex fractures of the pelvis, acetabulum and upper and lower extremities including intra-articular and periprosthetic fractures. Another large growing part of his practice includes total hip , knee, and shoulder arthroplasty. He is trained and performs the direct anterior supine approach for hip replacements. He is trained on the MAKO robot for total hip, total knee, unicompartmental knee , and bicompartmental knee arthroplasties. He performs MAKO procedures at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville, OH, Kettering Health Dayton, and Miami Valley Hospital South. He has done well over 1000 Mako procedures.
He currently acts as the Orthopedic Trauma Liason and serves on the Board of Directors at Kettering Health Dayton/Grandview Medical Center. He served as Chief of Medical Staff at Grandview and Southview Medical Centers from 2017-2019 and has previously been Vice Chief of Medical Staff, Secretary/ Treasure of Medical Staff, and Chair of Orthopedics at Grandview and Southview Medical Centers.

Dr. Chad Weber was a Certified Athletic Trainer prior to becoming a physician and was an assistant athletic trainer for The Pittsburgh Steelers during summer training camps. He is Fellow of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
He grew up in Woodsfield, Ohio and currently lives in Centerville, Ohio with his wife, Dana, daughter Remington, and daughter Ruger. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, golfing, exercise, attending music concerts, and college and professional sports.
